1. Fresh Garden Salad:
Ingredients:
- Assorted fresh greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula)
- Cucumbers
- Tomatoes
- Red onion
- Balsamic vinaigrette dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Wash and chop the greens.
- Slice cucumbers, dice tomatoes, and finely slice red onion.
- Toss all the vegetables together in a bowl.
